How do I become a member?

Joining Iron Valley Gym is easy! You can:

  • Visit us in person for a free tour and sign up at the front desk
  • Fill out the contact form on our website and we'll reach out within 24 hours
  • Message us on WhatsApp for instant assistance

All new members receive a free fitness assessment and orientation session with one of our expert trainers.

What are your membership plans?

We offer three flexible membership plans:

  • Essential (₹2,499/month) - Gym access 6am-10pm, locker access, 1 free PT session
  • Pro (₹4,999/month) - 24/7 access, unlimited group classes, 4 PT sessions/month, diet plan
  • Elite (₹7,999/month) - Unlimited PT, full recovery zone access, nutrition tracking, guest passes

Is there a joining fee?

We offer a special promotion for new members! Currently, the joining fee is waived for all annual memberships. For monthly memberships, there's a one-time registration fee of ₹999 which includes your keycard access and welcome kit.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes, we understand that circumstances change:

  • Freeze: You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year (medical or travel reasons) at no cost
  • Cancellation: 30-day notice required. No cancellation fees for memberships after 3 months

All membership changes must be requested in writing or via email at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

What are your operating hours?

Regular Hours: Monday-Friday: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM | Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM

24/7 Access: Pro and Elite members get 24/7 keycard access to the gym. The main facility is accessible anytime with your membership card.

Staffed hours may vary, but the gym floor is always open for members with 24/7 access.

Do you have parking facilities?

Yes! We have a dedicated parking lot with over 100 parking spaces. Parking is completely free for all members and guests during their visit. The parking area is well-lit and under 24/7 surveillance for your safety.

Do you have locker rooms and showers?

Absolutely! Our premium locker rooms feature:

  • Spacious lockers with built-in locks (or bring your own)
  • Rain showers with premium toiletries provided
  • Hair dryers, straighteners, and styling products
  • Towel service available for Pro and Elite members

Day lockers are free for all members. Long-term locker rental is available for an additional fee.

Is there a nutrition bar or café?

Yes! Our in-house nutrition bar, "The Forge Cafe," serves:

  • Protein shakes and smoothies
  • Pre-workout supplements and energy drinks
  • Healthy meals and snacks
  • Fresh juices and hydration drinks

Members receive a 10% discount on all food and beverages. You can also schedule nutrition consultations with our experts.

Training & Classes

Do I need to book classes in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking classes in advance through our mobile app or website. Classes fill up quickly, especially popular ones like HIIT and Yoga.

  • Book up to 7 days in advance
  • Cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid penalties
  • Pro and Elite members get priority booking

Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but booking ensures your spot!

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer over 50 classes per week across various disciplines:

  • Strength & Conditioning: Powerlifting, Functional Training, Strength Circuits
  • Cardio: HIIT, Spinning, Bootcamp, Cardio Kickboxing
  • Mind & Body: Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa), Pilates, Meditation

How do I book a personal training session?

Booking a personal training session is easy:

  • In-person: Speak with any of our trainers at the front desk
  • Mobile App: Browse trainer profiles and book directly
  • WhatsApp: Message us and we'll match you with the right trainer

Are trainers certified?

Absolutely! All our trainers hold internationally recognized certifications:

  • NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
  • CrossFit Level 4 Certification
  • Yoga Alliance RYT 500
  • Precision Nutrition Level 2
  • CPR and First Aid Certified

Our trainers have a minimum of 5 years of experience and undergo continuous education to stay current with fitness trends.

Billing & Policies

How does billing work?

We offer flexible billing options:

  • Monthly: Auto-debit on the same date each month
  • Quarterly: Pay every 3 months at a discounted rate
  • Annual: Best value - pay once for the year and save 20%

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Billing cycles start on the day you sign up.

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind our services:

  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, get a full refund (minus usage fees)
  • Pro-rated refunds: Available for annual memberships canceled within the first 3 months
  • No refunds: For monthly memberships after the first month

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Guest policies:

  • Essential members: ₹500 per guest visit
  • Pro members: 1 free guest pass per month, ₹300 thereafter
  • Elite members: 2 free guest passes per month, ₹200 thereafter

Guests must be accompanied by a member and sign a waiver. Maximum 2 guests per visit.

Safety & Health

What safety measures do you have?

Your safety is our priority. We have implemented:

  • 24/7 CCTV surveillance throughout the facility
  • Emergency call buttons in all training zones
  • On-site AED and first-aid kits
  • Staff trained in CPR and emergency response
  • Regular equipment maintenance and safety checks
  • Well-lit parking and entry areas

We also conduct monthly safety drills and have emergency protocols in place.

Is there age restrictions?

Age requirements:

  • Minimum age: 15 years (with parental consent)
  • 14 and under: May use the facility with adult supervision at all times
  • Senior members: We welcome seniors! Ask about our specialized senior fitness programs

All minors must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver during registration.

What if I have a medical condition?

We prioritize your health and safety:

  • Please disclose any medical conditions during registration
  • Our trainers can work with your doctor to create safe programs
  • We offer specialized training for rehabilitation and chronic conditions
  • Consultation with a trainer is recommended before starting any program

For your safety, some activities may require doctor's clearance. We're happy to accommodate modifications as needed.
